What we collect: data you submit via the contact form or e-mail – name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
Purpose & legal basis: responding to your enquiry and preparing an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) – pre-contractual steps; Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest in business communication).
Retention: enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, at most 24 months, unless a contract follows.
Recipients: data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond IT service providers hosting our e-mail and website within the EU.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection – write to hello@impromatrix.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak DPA (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
Cookies & analytics: this website sets no cookies and uses no tracking that requires consent. If we measure traffic, we use a cookie-free, EU-hosted analytics tool that collects no personal data.
